Types of stored information
Stoczek Natura Sp. z o.o. protects the data of its Users, therefore, data collected and processed for its needs are safe. Stoczek Natura Sp. z o.o. does not make data collected via its website available to unauthorised/third persons with the exception of entities providing services for the Company pursuant to separate contracts. Additionally, in order to provide services of the highest level and to adapt the content to individual needs and interests of our users, we use the so-called Cookies which are automatically collected by the system through a web browser during your visit on the website. Among the data contained in these files there are IP address, type of browser, type of operational system, region for which websites are viewed. All these data are collected automatically by the system. The communication between your computer and the system may be encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
IP address
IP address, that is a network interface number, is stored in the system logs of the server. The data about IP address do not allow for unambiguous identification of a physical device, and thus, the user, because in some cases this address may freely change or the device may be used my multiple users, which also makes unambiguous identification more difficult.
Cookies
A cookie is a text file containing a small amount of information. It is saved by your web browser on your computer after opening a certain website. You may refuse the consent to the storage of cookies on your computer at any time by switching off the acceptance of these files.
Purpose of stored information
We use personal data voluntarily provided by you through our website only to respond to inquiries sent. In the service we publish contact forms downloading personal data necessary to handle your questions, comments and entries. In these forms we ask only for those data which we use to provide a given service. We process personal data stored in the forms within the period necessary to provide a given service.
Your rights
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to demand from the controller the access to your personal data, the right to rectify them, erase them or restrict the processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transmit data, the right to withdraw the consent at any time.
